“To me, photography is an art of observation.
It’s about finding something interesting in an ordinary place…
I’ve found it has little to do with the things you see
and everything to do with the way you see them.” — Elliott Erwitt
This is my passion, photography helped me open my eyes and see the beauty in everything around me. It helped me become who I am today. Everything else, graphic design, video editing, cooking, writing even information technology was just an extension of my passion, I see it as pieces of the same puzzle.
I shot weddings, family events, products, portraits, landscapes. I designed newspapers, created marketing collateral, ads, posters, brochures, business cards. I edited video content for different clients, worked for Rotary Club of Wilmette, New Trier H.S., created presentations for the award ceremony “Polish Daily News Man of the Year” event. For the last two years, I had my own cooking column in the local paper. I’ve been prepping foods, cooking, taking pictures of the whole process and writing about it. I’m well versed in Mac and PC, software and hardware and like to work with all kinds of technology. I am a problem solver and critical thinker, there’s no task too big for me to undertake, because I always see the challenge as an opportunity to learn something new. I’m currently finishing my Graphic Design Specialization at California Institute of Arts. I love the little details, textures, colors, shapes, seeing people through my camera and their true selves. Some people can look at something but never see the beauty of it, I try to keep my eyes open.
